Forgot this fine photo from our day in South Dakota. Just Baxter leaving his commentary when we told him it was time to head back into the car and stop climbing on the rocks. I think he'd prefer to stay in the Black Hills with the critters...

What a wonderful blog - and I love your beautiful kittie - he looks suspiciously like Ingrid's kittie Charlie whom I took care of recently - are they related? I will be looking forward to the next blog entry, and continue with your great adventure.

ReplyDeleteWhat fun following your adventure. It's a similar route to one I followed about 35 years ago. I enjoyed the Badlands but I also loved Mount Rushmore. I thought it was impressive. But then it's probably very different now. I loved the picture of Baxter on the rock. He looks like a lynx or other wild cat. I can't believe how much Baxter looks like Charlie. I'm not sure I could tell them apart. I'll be looking forward to your posts.
